Face to face counselling
Counselling will take place in my room based at Inspired Gym in the heart of Standish village. My room is very private and can be accessed by an external door. Parking is available. Sessions will last for 50 minutes.
Online counselling
Counselling will take place over a secure platform. Links will be sent prior to sessions. Ideal for people who feel more comfortable in their own space or for people too far away from my location. Sessions will last 50 minutes. For those unsure of video calls, a practice connection can be offered.
Telephone counselling
Counselling will take place over the phone. This is ideal for people who would like more anonymity and feel more comfortable this way.
Sessions will last for 50 minutes.
Fees
Individual counselling - 50 minutes £60
Concessions available for low income and students. Please ask.
Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone. This is where you can ask any questions and see if I would be the right counsellor for you.
